Leadership in Practice
I lead with structure.
I believe strong organizations are built on clear systems, accurate records, and shared understanding. My work consistently centers on organizing information so it can be accessed, transferred, and sustained.
I lead with people in mind.
Whether in classrooms, chapters, or committees, I prioritize clarity, communication, and inclusion—ensuring members feel informed, respected, and connected to the work.
I lead with continuity as the goal.
Leadership is not about personal imprint, but institutional memory. I focus on preserving history, strengthening transitions, and leaving systems better than I found them.
Experience That Prepared Me
Chapter-Level Leadership
As a former Epistoleus, I introduced structured documentation practices that strengthened record-keeping, improved officer transitions, and increased clarity in chapter operations.
Statewide & Regional Service
Through service on the Mississippi TAG Committee, I led a strategic digital and social media campaign that raised over $10,000—demonstrating how aligned messaging and organized communication drive impact at scale.
International Committee Work
As a member of the International Music & Arts Committee and later Chair of the Arts Committee (2022–2024), I guided initiatives that elevated engagement, preserved cultural contributions, and strengthened how creative work was documented and shared across the sorority.
Why Epistoleus
The role of the Epistoleus is foundational to the strength of the Region. Records, communication, and continuity are not background tasks—they are the infrastructure that allows leadership, programs, and service to function with clarity and confidence.
My professional and sorority experience naturally aligns with this work. Across education, organizational strategy, and chapter leadership, I have consistently focused on documentation, systems, and access—ensuring that information is accurate, transferable, and preserved with intention.
I am seeking the office of Epistoleus because I believe excellence is sustained through structure. By strengthening how records are created, maintained, and shared, we protect the legacy of the Southeastern Region while equipping future leaders to build forward with clarity.
