Team Harmony

On 1/19/2026, my Sigma journey shifted in a way I don’t think I’ll ever forget. I was officially announced as a candidate for Southeastern Regional Epistoleus… and honestly? I haven’t slept since 😭 lol. My mind has been racing, my heart has been full, and I’ve just been sitting in the weight of the moment.

I’ve been waiting on this moment. And now that it’s here, it feels surreal.

This journey gives me the opportunity to finally share my vision for the role of Epistoleus — not just as a title, but as a responsibility. I see a gap, and I feel called to address it with care, intention, and respect for everything the Southeastern Region of Sigma Gamma Rho represents.

What I know for sure is this: every single person in this region, and in this sorority, plays a role in fulfilling our Founders’ mission. Every meeting. Every conference. Every program. Every decision made in the name of Sigma matters.

Over the last seven years, Sigma has taught me a lot — wins and losses, lessons learned in meetings, moments at conferences, quiet growth behind the scenes. Through it all, I’ve come to deeply understand how important it is not only to preserve our past, but to create systems that protect that preservation long after we’re gone.

Our energy matters. How we show up matters. And no matter what happens, we carry the torch forward — with purpose, with integrity, and with harmony.

I’m grateful. I’m ready. And I’m walking into this season with my whole heart. 💙
